Hi! I’m Marina.

Originally from Kyrgyzstan, I began my fitness education at the Fitness Institute of Kyrgyzstan and continued my professional training at FPTI in New York City, where I currently reside and train my clients.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with adults and teenagers of all fitness levels—from complete beginners to experienced lifters. I also have experience adapting training for a client on the autism spectrum.

As a mom, I have a special passion for helping women through every stage of motherhood. I’ve coached clients before, during, and after pregnancy, including postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, C-section rehabilitation, and returning to exercise while breastfeeding.

My training style combines strength training, free weights, gym equipment, bodyweight exercises, and practical nutrition guidance. Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated, so I focus on explaining how your body works in an easy-to-understand way.

I believe that a strong body creates a strong mind. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to reach the next level, I’ll help you bridge that connection by building strength, confidence, and results you can maintain for life.
